Abstract |
|
The major PC-based spreadsheet, Microsoft Excel, has a built-in optimizer called Solver. This optimizer allows for linear, non-linear, and integer programs to be solved within the spreadsheet. This tutorial provides a brief introduction to using the optimizer Solver, which is available in the Analysis group on the Data tab in Excel.
